Why we chose here: We were heading from the desert up to Bakersfield and thought that the drive was a little far to do in one day. We rarely like to drive more than 3 or 4 hours. So we just needed a parking spot to sleep before pressing on the next day. Pechanga Resort and Casino has a nice RV Park on site, but also allows free parking, and given the brevity of our stay we decided to go the free route.
Sites: Fairly level parking lot, which is well lit. Close to freeway and roads, so not super peaceful, but not bad.
Facilities: The casino is actually quite nice. We don't gamble, but always patronize any business that allows us to par for free so we decided to have dinner in the property. Our favorite extravagance is the buffet and this one did not disappoint it was high quality with an amazing dessert selection too.
Reservations: No (for free parking)
Cell Coverage / WiFi: Yes good coverage from Verizon and AT&T.

Would we come here again? Yes. Perfect overnight stop along the 15 from Orange or Riverside Counties to San Diego County
