Why we chose here: We stayed here for one night only, because we needed to plug in after 5 days at Dungeness Recreation Area with cloudy Washington skies and tree covered sites.
Location: The campground is in the town of Sequim. Walkable to downtown with coffee shops and the great Nourish restaurant.
Sites: Typical RV park sites, well spaced for this kind of set up. The sites are level and paved with a picnic table.
Facilities: There are restrooms, showers. We were there just one night so didn't use them but the place looked spotless. There's a clean and modern laundry room.
Groceries: Sequim has the wonderful Sunny Farms grocery store as well as a Safeway, and Port Angeles has a great grocery store on the main street called Country Aire.
Reservations: Yes. This seems like a budy park. We just needed one night and it was a Sunday and had no problem getting in with just a days notice.
Cell Coverage / WiFi: We had good signal with both AT&T and Verizon.
Price Paid: $ 41 Good Sam rate
Date of visit: August 2015
Other: The park is very clean and the staff were so friendly, helping us to back into our site. This is an extremely well run park, with the managers obviously caring a great deal about custoemr service.
Would we come here again? Probably not, as this is not our normal style of travel. But for those who need hook-ups this was a very well kept and clean park.
